Life is short, time is precious. When you run your own business it’s all too easy for the workload to consume every waking moment. When is the last time you had a meaningful conversation with someone who is important to you? Be mindful and present, listen deeply and talk openly with them. Or reach out to someone you haven’t spoken to for a while but who is still one of your ‘tribe’. Human connection is an important fuel for our wellbeing. If you have been lacking in this area because you have been so busy, try to address that today.
